Most of the photos I’ve taken are from events. When I started organising my own vintage-themed parties it made sense to use photography to document and promote them. At the Candlelight Club I need to strike a balance between capturing the candlelit ambience and using subtle flash to catch the movement of revellers in low light. I’ve also photographed events for The Chap magazine, the Oscar Wilde Society, the New Sheridan Club, the Society of Salome, the Black Tie Ballroom Club and London Hat Week’s ‘Hat Walk’
